The other day I came across an old high school photograph from my days as a Varsity Cheerleader.   I remember thinking, “Wow. I looked pretty good back then.”  While I have not gained a serious amount of weight and my body type is relatively the same, a quick glance in the mirror is all the proof I need of the 26 years that have passed since that photograph was taken.  Pregnancy and gravity have both left their marks!
