The best ant bait

A great solution that will destroy an entire coloney of ants is to blend 1/4 cup of confectioner’s sugar and one tablespoon of borax — add just enough water to make it like syrup.  Pour the mixture into an old butter bowl lid and place it in high ant traffic areas.

There is not enough borax with this method to kill the worker ants immediately, so they take it back to the nest, ultimately eradicating it.

Be sure to keep this bait out of reach of children and pets.

The treatment will seem as though it’s luring ants by the masses.  You’ll see huge amounts of ants for a day or two and then POOF they’re all gone and you’ll not see a single one after that.

At least until next year.

If you have problems with ant’s, try this treatment and let me know what you think!  It’s one I swear by year after year.

Borax syrup attract ants with sweet and then kill them. That’s a nice bait.
