When my kids were little, I don’t think they had such cute furniture options as the ones at Wink. Wink is a Miami based company that specializes in personalized gifts, educational toys, bedding and children’s home décor. There are lots of cute, useful items for children of all ages, such as their Minky fitted crib sheets and their bedding sets for boys’ and girls’ rooms.
I love the abstract, modern look of their furniture pieces. How cute is this table and chair set for the little ones?

or this toy chest?

And their bedroom furniture is just as modern:

While their furniture can help create a one of a kind feel to your child’s room, your purchase will also help a child in Columbia receive a much needed pair of glasses. For every sale of $100, WINK donates a full eye exam and eyeglasses to a child in need.
My favorite item from their website catalog is this adorable toy sewing machine. I love that it has a bobbin–most toy ones don’t. It even comes with fabric and instructions for making a wrap skirt!
While their prices are kind of on the high end, their products look like good quality merchandise that would stand up to daily use. Wink is creative, fun, and would make a very cheerful room for any child.
Wink is located at is located at 2570 N.E. Miami Gardens Drive, North Miami Beach, Florida 33180. All their products can also be ordered online at Give Wink.
Holiday Gift Guide: EyeClops Night Vision Goggles Kid Review

If you are looking for a fun gadget for your son, nephew, grandson or friend…the EyeClops Night Vision Goggles are a fabulous choice! We received these for my boys (ages 5 and 10) to review and they both absolutely LOVE them. My nephew, who is 21, even came over and played with them (but don’t tell him I told you!).

Before I go any further and tell you about these myself, watch this video review with my boys telling you why they like them. (Turn up your speakers because they were a little shy and talking quietly.)
Aaron, my 5 year old, liked them because you can turn them from gray to green when you look through the goggles. Josiah, my 10 year old, like them because he could go in the bathroom, turn off all of the lights and it was completely dark in there, but with the night vision goggles you can see everything.
I, of course, had to test them out too and they are SO cool! I was completely amazed at how well you could actually see in the dark with these. Every boy that has come to my house since we received these has say something to the effect of “Are those the night vision goggles?? I have been wanting those!!”
Here’s a little bit more about the EyeClops Night Vision Goggles:
- They have received multiple toy nominations, including Boys Toy of the Year and Most Innovative Toy of the Year
- For 2009, they will deliver an improved, action styled hand held design and the power to see with both eyes
- You have visibility for up to 50 feet in complete darkness
- Suggested retail price is $59.99 (but you can get them for a better price than that. I have seen them for as low as $46.99)
Would I have spent my own money on these as a present for my kids? Without a doubt definitely, but I would have looked at the reviews first. They are well worth the money, will last a very long time and are perfect for a large age range. This toy gets 5 stars out of 5 from this mom!
The EyeClops Night Vision Goggles make for the perfect gift for that little (or big) boy in your life.
