Postnatal Total Body Toning Workout - A MomGadget Review
Let me paint a quick visual for all you mom’s out there -
You’re knee deep in that postnatal “phase” as they politely call it - trying desperately to learn how to deal with everything that comes with being a new mom. The only time you find to even entertain a fleeting thought about getting back into shape is when happen to catch a glimpse of yourself as you walk by the hall mirror. Next thing you know, you opt for pulling your hair back in a pony instead.
That was until Sara Holliday! I know, you’re probably saying, “who the heck is Sara Holliday?” - right?
Here’s the thing - Sara Holliday is a mother of two, she’s been there - done that - and she looks like a freshly minted million bucks!
Sara Holliday isn’t just some fly-by-night hardbody that’s thrown together a workout video, she’s a mother just like us. She knows what it’s like to struggle with those mommy bulges that have taken up residency where your abdomen, hips, thighs and butt used to reside. It’s those problem areas that have become the main focus in this postnatal edition.
We’re all guilty of using the same old lame excuse that we don’t have time to workout, but that’s what so great about this DVD. It was developed entirely with a busy mom’s schedule in mind. What’s more, the overall focus on mind, body and spirit is a must for any new mother.
Having the Postnatal Total Body Toning Workout DVD is like having your own personal trainer and therapist come into your home every day to tend to the needs of mommy for a half an hour. I may not be postnatal - well, I am - by 13 years, but I find this workout one that I don’t mind doing and wouldn’t mind doing daily. Simply because it doesn’t require a great deal of time to look and feel great!
That’s really not too much to ask for considering both your physical and mental wellbeing are sure to improve. Besides, I’m sure daddy will be pleased with the results too!
www.fitbysara.com also offers a variety of other mommy style workouts - so no matter what stage of mommyness you are in, you’re sure to find something to help you get in shape and stay in shape. This woman has even found a way to turn pushing a stroller into a workout! Go figure!

I was looking for a new exercise video, I posted about that a week ago, Sara sounds tempting. I’ll have to look it up on Amazon. Thanks.
