Organic Party Masters II by Fillo Factory: WIN

Yes, I have a thing about Fail and Win. Just so you know.

See? WIN
A few weeks ago I was contacted to try out one of the products offered in the Fillo Factory line. I chose the Organic Party Masters II – 12 pieces (Spin/Potato, Mexicali Veg, Mushroom/Leek).
Shipping was quick and the food arrived carefully packaged in a white styrofoam cooler along with dry ice to keep the treats frozen. After a good 20 minutes of fighting through the tape, I popped the Party Masters into the oven. (not knocking the tape here- you can bet these hors d’oeuvres were not getting lost)
When I try out food products, unless they’re intended just for adults, my children are the taste testers. With these, I was hard pressed to get a bite of each. What I did get was wonderful. The Dirt Monkies (one year old included!) enjoyed the phyllo pastry and were impressed with the organic fillings.
I’m one of those lucky parents whose children love veggies. It is hard to find a snack I can pop in the oven that isn’t full of preservatives, transfat and other junk. While the Organic Party Masters are designed more for adult tastes- if your children love vegetables, they’ll enjoy this.
The Fillo Factory is more than just party snacks. They offer empty phyllo dough shells you can fill with your own creations. Their lines include snacks, desserts and even full entrees. The prices are not bad at all for vegan friendly food, most are comparable to a local mass grocer or in some cases, lower in price.
I’m a fan. Not just for their prices, but for their commitment to healthy food choices. Take it from me, The Fillo Factory, from shipping to tasty performance is made of WIN.

kids are the greatest testers! especially for organic vegetable products, if they like that, chances are the adults will. do they sell these in stores though? it’s difficult to sell frozen products online unless they’re very very gourmet or specialty.
