Nap26 - Feeling Refreshed In Under 30 Minutes
When the package first arrived with the promise of a miracle nap neatly tucked in side, I have to admit my skeptical side believed there was nothing on the planet that could provide this mom with any type of retreat that would help me feel rested and certainly not in 26 minutes.
But hey, I’ll try almost anything, once.
Did you know a study conducted by NASA found that a 26-minute nap increased pilots’ performance 34%.
So - you know if NASA says it, it Must. Be. True. Right?
Now, I know being a mom isn’t rocket science, but I bet we mom’s come darned close to burning the same amount of energy in a day as any man on the moon - don’t you agree mom’s?
Since this product arrived at my door by way of a person I trust, I decided to give it a try. After all, I had my new Zune I could load it on! And I’m so uncool with such a small selection - I need to fill’er up already.
This product can be used in a CD player on your nightstand or load it on your iPod or MP3 player so you can benefit from a 26 minute nap anytime you feel you need an extra boost.
What I found was a feeling of being gently ushered into a restful sleep and in 26 minutes, just like the package claims, I was waking refreshed, recharged and ready for round two of my hectic day.
Now what exactly happened in the minutes between the time I began to drift off and the time I woke up - I honestly can’t tell you, it will forever remain a secret. All I know is it must have been good because I SO wanna do it again and again and again.
Earlier today, I broke my all time record and bought my first Christmas gift of the season - Uh Huh, check me - July 9 and Christmas shopping is well underway. So, while I’m thinking of the holidays and those on my shopping list, this will likely be the blanket gift that everyone on my list gets this year.
Each year I do tend to find a favorite gift that gets distributed to the masses and this year - this one is IT!

Sounds too good to be true! I wonder how much of it is a psychological effect? There’s not much information about this online, but I think I’ll hold off until I’m sure what the sleep aid actually does.

Actually NAP26 is based on the science of Binaural Beats which have a foundation of research that dates back 70 years or so. What is experienced in the 26 minutes is a modulation or beats that help you relax, fall asleep, and awake without going into REM sleep which would make you feel groggy. I would recommend giving it a try, as I use it all the time…

It sounds interesting. I’ve never been able to catnap, or powernap, or drop off to sleep for a few minutes. Im a 8 hours plus or nothing type of gal, and anything less makes me feel groggy and desparate to make up the hours. The thought of being able to feel refreshed and engergised after less than 30 minutes intrigues me. I’ve listened to relaxation tapes in the past, and they just don’t seem to work for me - I always seem to be aware of other things and my brain just doesn’t shut off. Would this be any different I wonder. And how long before the 26 minutes start - you see… I’d be thinking about that.

This sounds like a fantastic product! With 5 kids, a full time job and a full time student, this confirms what I had thought! The quick naps are best. I will be looking into this! Thank you!
