MomGadget Home Tour - Kitchen
While I do love to cook - my style of cooking is done in a very simple fashion. As you can see, mine is a very simple farm style kitchen. I’ve always maintained a kitchen on a set of 5 pots and pans and varied sizes of iron skillets. Throw in a Crock Pot, a Dutch Oven, a couple of cake pans and you have yourself a complete kitchen - at least in my book.
Now, there are a few things in my kitchen that I absolutely could not do without - outside of the standard appliances of fridge, stove and dishwasher - that would be my:
Coffee pot with a self start timer
Pampered Chef chopper
Food processor
PUR Water drinking system (faucet model)
I do love to cook with iron skillets. I’ve been told that the idea of them making food taste better is all in my head - perhaps it’s the connection I feel with my grandmother who never cooked in anything but iron.
Again, nothing major, nothing really name brand - unless of course we’re talking food, then you’ll find me playing a whole different ball game.
So what’s in your kitchen?

First of all..I have 4 ovens and two dishwashers…
I have 6 pie pans, 6 bread pans, and several types and sizes of cake pans…
and I am working toward breaking the news to Marc that when we redo the kitchen I am going to make sure it will pass a commercial inspection. LOL.

I too share a love of Pampered Chef. I have some pans and a pizza stone that is practically black now because I use it so often!
