I Only Love to Cook When…
Being a work at home mom doesn’t always provide the time I’d like to plan and prepare a full meal. However, have you checked out the freezer section of your grocery store lately? They have prepared meals that are all set just to toss in the slow cooker with some meat and call it a meal.
I never knew I could love a kitchen appliance so much.
Sure those ready made bags are handy - but I’d like to know if anyone out there has a really yummy recipe they’d like to share with me that would improving my cooking abilities with my slow cooker?
I know there are more busy parents out there besides me. Anyone else have any handy kitchen and cooking tips they’d like to share?

Here’s my brisket recipe:
Place beef brisket, one can of beer (optional), 2 cups of ketchup, 2 TBS of Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, Emeril’s BAM, and some brown sugar mixed together and let it cook all day. Before serving, shred with fork.

Every Sunday it’s the crockpot and the bread machine–bread couldn’t be easier in it and they think you actually can cook when you produce a warm carbohydrate.
