Blog the Internet

When you’ve been hanging out around the blogosphere as long as I have, you’re bound to establish relationships with various bloggers and develop a high level of respect for them and many others.
I’ve continually found myself saddened when visiting some forums that shall remain nameless to protect the innocent and naive. I’ve witnessed so many ‘dreamers’ floundering like fish out of water looking to make a sale of a product they purchased after giving in to a heavy hitting sales pitch.
It’s not just on the forums, it’s everywhere. On a recent visit to my hairdresser, I observed a display of candles a friend of her’s was trying to sell. My heart broke because I knew the contract the friend must have signed that force ships a set amount of candles monthly to this poor woman who will likely never be able to keep up selling more then she’s buying.
Over the years, I’ve played the Mary Kay game, the Avon game and as embarrassing as it is, before I fell in love with the internet, I even stuffed envelopes – what a joke that was!
I guess the point I’m trying to make here, is there are so few venues I trust when it comes to the internet and whenever I’m introduced to a product or service that is built on a similar belief as mine, I like to share it with my readers.
Many of you will recognize the name Garry Conn. Garry is one of those people I’ve come to know, trust and respect when it comes to his online efforts. I know if Garry is discussing a service or product, I can trust what he has to say.
Garry has a blog called Best Deals – Blog the Internet where a few stay at home moms and dads post their findings of some of the best deals they find online. Garry and Company take pride in finding some of the most competitive prices on most all of the most popular products being sold online.
If you’re not able to find a product listed on Blog the Internet, drop them a line – I’m sure if they haven’t tried it, they know someone who has.

Wow! Thank you so much for telling all your readers about Blog The Internet. I’ll be the first to admit, that site has worn so many hats, it’s just not funny! However, think finally after almost three years, I have found my niche with that blog.
I’ll tell ya (and not trying to promote here in the comments) I am always on the hunt for bloggers who are sticklers for finding the best deals online.
Thanks again so much for covering the story about Blog The Internet.
Best Regards,
Garry Conn

“visiting some forums that shall remain nameless to protect the innocent and naive. I’ve witnessed so many ‘dreamers’ floundering like fish out of water looking to make a sale of a product they purchased after giving in to a heavy hitting sales pitch.”
Without these people, I wouldn’t be able to make living online!
Thank you for the info on a nice useful site. I’ll check it out now.

I just started out blogging and I’m looking for good resources on the internet. Your blog seems pretty good, might be going down my bookmarks. Take care and pay my blog a visit sometime.
This was highly informative
Many thanks to the poster.
Yes. All those pitches. Probably worse than the money spent, and I have bought far more than I should have done, is the distraction caused, and the lost time. I really like your blog though and I will now follow some of your suggestions.
